Auto-add Zomato Money

Zomato Money includes gift cards issued by Razorpay Technologies Private Limited which are usable on the Zomato application in accordance with https://cdn.razorpay.com/static/assets/wallet/TnC-PPI.pdf and https://www.zomato.com/policies/gift-card/ (“Gift Card Terms”). You agree to be bound by these Terms while using the ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ feature on the Zomato application.

  1. Billing cycle: The auto-add amount for Zomato Money will be charged to your payment method whenever your Zomato Money goes below the threshold amount set by you at the time of enabling ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’. The details about your ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ plan are indicated on the ‘Money’ page under the ‘Profile’ section of the Zomato application.

  2. Payment methods: To use the ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ feature you must provide at least one payment method (credit card/debit card or UPI). Only the payment method used to enable ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ will be used to top-up Zomato Money. In case of payment failures, due to any reason, we will attempt to auto-add Zomato Money a maximum of five (5) times, after which should all payment attempts fail, the ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ feature will be disabled and you will have to re-enable it from the ‘Money’ section of the Zomato application.

  3. Updating your payment methods: You cannot update your payment method on an existing ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ mandate. In order to update the payment method, you will have to cancel the existing mandate and re-enable using the desired payment method.

  4. Cancellation: You can cancel the ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ feature at any time, and you will continue to have access to the remaining Zomato Money for use on the Zomato application till complete utilisation; or four (4) years from the date of Zomato Money being added, whichever is earlier. Zomato Money added cannot be transferred to a bank account under any circumstances. No refunds or credits are provided for any Zomato Money added via the ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’. To cancel, you will have to go to the "Money" page on the Zomato application and follow the instructions to stop the ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ feature. If you stop the ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ feature, after the instruction is sent to your bank, Zomato Money will be auto-added and subsequent mandates will be cancelled.

You authorize Zomato to communicate with you, through emails, in connection with the ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ feature.

You agree that Zomato will not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by you on account of your use of ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ feature, including as a result of any fraud in connection with ‘Auto-add Zomato Money’ feature using your payment method.
