Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

Definitions:

  1. “Attendee(s)” means the person attending the Event (as defined below) by means of purchasing a valid Ticket (as defined below) for the Event or by access given by the Event Organiser (as defined below) through a valid complimentary ticket.
  2. “Convenience Fee” means a fee charged for the services provided to the Attendee(s) for each Transaction (as defined below) by Zomato (as defined below) including making available of a platform for discovery of events, payment options for booking of tickets etc. The GST will additionally be levied on the Convenience Fee by Zomato.
  3. “Event” means the “Zomato Feeding India Concert” organized by the Event Organiser (as defined below).
  4. “Event Day” means the day on which the Event is scheduled.
  5. “Event Duration” means the timing of the Event commencing from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on the Event Day.
  6. “Event Organiser” means Zomato Entertainment Private Limited and/or its authorised third- party service providers.
  7. “Gross Transaction Value” means the total sum of the Convenience Fee, Ticket Handling Fee (as defined below) and Ticket Value (as defined below) payable by the Attendee(s) for purchasing the Ticket(s) for the Event from the Ticketing Platform(s). The GST will additionally be levied on the Convenience Fee and Ticket Handling Fee.
  8. “Ticket(s)” means a ticket or reservation made by the Attendee(s) through payment of Ticket Value which allows the Attendee(s) entry through Wearable Band to the Event for which such reservation is generated and access to services offered by the Event Organiser at the Event in relation to hospitality, food and beverages. For clarity, Ticket(s) will include Silver Ticket(s), Gold Ticket(s) and Lounge Ticket(s) or any other category of Ticket(s) as may be specified by the Event Organiser and corporate sales of packages: a. via an electronic form purchased by the Attendee(s) on the Ticketing Platform(s) and delivery of Ticket(s) (i.e., Wearable Band); or b. offline by Event Organiser including at the box office at the Event Venue for which such reservation is generated.
  9. “Ticket Handling Fee” means the fee charged by Zomato from the Attendee(s) for the delivery of the Ticket (i.e., Wearable Band (as defined below)) at the address provided by the Attendee(s) while purchasing the Ticket(s) on the Ticketing Platform(s) (as defined below).
  10. “Ticketing Platform(s)” means the Zomato Platform where a valid Ticket can be purchased for the Event.
  11. “Ticket Value” means the amount (including applicable taxes) paid by the Attendee(s) to purchase valid Ticket(s): i. from the Ticketing Platform(s); or ii. offline by the Event Organiser including at the box office at the Event Venue.
  12. “Transaction” means each instance where the Attendee(s) makes payments towards purchasing the Ticket(s): i. from the Ticketing Platform(s); or ii. offline by the Event Organiser including at the box office at the Event Venue.
  13. “Venue” means the MMRDA Ground, New Administrative Building, New Administrative Building MMRDA, E Block BKC, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051.
  14. “Wearable Band” means the band which allows the Attendee(s) entry in the form of Ticket(s) via turnstiles/handheld scanners to the Event. The Wearable Band will be delivered to the Attendee(s) by Zomato at the address provided by the Attendee(s) at time of purchasing the Ticket(s).
  15. “Zomato” means Zomato Limited and/or its authorised third party service providers.
  16. “Zomato Application” means the mobile application, owned and operated by Zomato.
  17. “Zomato Platform” collectively means Zomato Application, Zomato Website or any platform owned and operated by Zomato or its affiliates on which the Ticket(s) will be made available for sale.
  18. “Zomato Website” means www.zomato.com (including the webpages contained or hyperlinked therein and owned or controlled by Zomato), and such other media or media channels, devices, mobile applications, software, or technologies as Zomato may choose from time to time.

A. Event Access and General Guidelines:

  1. The Attendee(s) will ensure that they purchase valid Ticket(s) only from the Ticketing Platform(s) or offline from the Event Organiser including at the box office at the Event Venue.

  2. Each Attendee can buy a maximum of 10 (ten) Ticket(s) of each category for the Event (i.e. 10 (ten) Ticket(s) of silver category (“Silver Ticket(s)”), 10 (ten) Ticket(s) of gold category (“Gold Ticket(s)”) and 10 (ten) Ticket(s) of lounge category (“Lounge Ticket(s)”). For clarity, each Attendee can buy a maximum of 10 (ten) Ticket(s) per Transaction and maximum of 30 (thirty) Ticket(s) in total.

  3. The Attendee(s) will ensure to carry the Wearable Band that permits admission/entry to one person only. Access to the Event will be via scanning at the turnstiles or via hand scanners of the Wearable Band that will be delivered to each Attendee by Zomato. In the event, the Wearable Band is not delivered to the Attendee(s), the Attendee(s) will receive a unique QR code which will be required to be shown at the Event Venue by the Attendee(s) after which the Wearable Band will be provided to the Attendee(s). A Ticket will not be counted as a valid Ticket if the Wearable Band has been tampered with and cannot be scanned at the Event.

  4. Re-entry is not allowed to the Event once the Attendee(s) has entered the Event.

  5. Entry to the Event for children upto 6 (six) years will be allowed free provided the child is accompanied by an adult who holds a valid Ticket and presents a valid proof of date of birth of the child. Anyone above the age of 6 (six) years will be allowed access to the Event only upon purchase of a valid Ticket. All children below the age of 13 (thirteen) years must be accompanied by an adult to the Event.

  6. No duplicate Wearable Band will be issued for lost, tampered or stolen Wearable Band. The Attendee(s) will be required to purchase a new Ticket on account of a lost, stolen or tampered Wearable Band.

  7. The entry gates of the Event will close at the time as determined by the Event Organiser and the Attendee(s) will strictly adhere to the timeline mentioned on the Ticket(s).

  8. The Attendee(s) must carry an original or a digital copy of a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Driver's license/ Aadhar/ Passport). The Attendee(s) will not be permitted to enter the Event upon failure to present a valid ID proof.

  9. The Event does not have any parking facility provided by the Event Organiser unless specifically determined in your Ticket(s) inclusion and the Attendee(s) are advised to use public transport. The Attendee(s) confirms that the parking at the Event is at the risk of the Attendee(s). The Event Organiser will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of any vehicles parked at the Event whether inside or outside the Event Venue.

  10. Each Ticket as per the type/category of the Ticket allows access to only certain areas of the Event and restricts entry to restricted areas at the Event. Rights of Admission are reserved with the Event Organiser. The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge the details along with the terms and conditions around the access and inclusions for each Ticket type.

  11. The inclusions as per the categories of Ticket(s) are as follows:

    i. Silver Ticket(s):

    • Access only to the demarcated standing area (silver zone)
    • Food and beverages services are available for sale.

    ii. Gold Ticket(s):

    • Access only to the demarcated standing area (gold zone).
    • Food and beverages services are available for sale.

    iii. Lounge Ticket(s):

    • Access to a standing area with an elevated view of the stage (lounge area).
    • Curated premium food & beverage experiences (including alcohol) on a complimentary basis.
    • Dedicated lavatories.
    • Kids play area.
    • Dedicated entry and exit lanes at the Event.
    • Dedicated car parking area.

    Note: The Attendee(s) will be given access to the above inclusions/services and area at the Event through the Event Organiser.

  12. The Attendee(s) will ensure that they carry the Wearable Band provided by the Event Organiser to the Event. The Event Organiser will not be held responsible for any inconvenience to the Attendee(s) in case where Ticket(s) are not bought from the Ticketing Platform(s) or from the Event Organiser.

  13. The Attendee(s) may be videographed, filmed, photographed and/or recorded for broadcast, publication, advertisement, marketing or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Event Organiser or by the Event Organiser, sponsors and partners. The Attendee(s) hereby grant to the Event Organiser the right to use in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording including but not limited to videos, films, photographs and/or recording of the Attendee(s) on any channel including social media channels globally for broadcasting, advertising, marketing, publicity and promotions.

  14. The Event Organiser reserves the right to ask the Attendee(s) to exit from the Event and cancel the Ticket(s) of the Attendee(s) without any refund if the Attendee(s) is not following the safety guidelines of the Event, on grounds of misdemeanour, any other medical safety reasons or breach of these Terms etc.

  15. The performances and content shared by various artists at the Event are purely intended for the purpose of entertainment. The Event Organiser will not be liable for any claims resulting from any artist’s performance at the Event.

  16. The Ticket(s) prices, inclusions and categories for the Event are subject to change from time to time by the Event Organiser and will be communicated to the Attendee(s) via Ticketing Platform(s) via digital channels or any other medium as may be determined by Event Organiser or Zomato.

  17. Zomato or the Event Organiser may collect certain information (including but not limited to personally identifiable information) from the Attendee(s) such as name, e-mail address or telephone number at the time of booking/registration/payment. By agreeing to these Terms, the Attendee(s) consent for the Ticketing Platform(s) or the Event Organiser to process, collect, receive, possess, store, deal and handle all information as provided herein for its own purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

  18. The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge that they will be responsible for providing accurate and complete information while purchasing the Ticket from the Ticketing Platform(s) or from Event Organiser at the box office at the Event Venue including name, phone number, email/ billing/delivery address etc. The Wearable Band which allows entry to the Event will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Attendee(s).

  19. The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge that access to different areas of the Event will be as per the Ticket(s) category. In no circumstance will any Ticket(s) holder be allowed entry or access to the backstage area, restricted access areas, office area, invite only area, tables area, corporate boxes, lounges and any other special access areas at the Event unless permitted by the Event Organiser. The Event Organiser reserves the right to instruct an Attendee to vacate a particular area of the Event which does not allow access to them as per Event Organiser’s sole discretion.

  20. The Attendee(s) will be mandatorily required to wear the Wearable Band at all times while attending the Event. If the Wearable Band is removed or tampered with, it will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced by the Event Organiser. The Wearable Band may be cut only upon exit from the Event. In case the Wearable Band is lost or missing, the Attendee(s) may be asked to leave the Event as per the discretion of the Event Organiser.

  21. The unlawful resale of Ticket(s) by any person will lead to the cancellation of those Ticket(s) without any refund or compensation and may lead to legal and other consequences subject to the discretion of the relevant Government authorities and the Event Organiser.

  22. Zomato will deliver the Wearable Band to the delivery address provided by the Attendee(s). The Ticket Handling Fee will not be refunded for any reason beyond the control of Zomato including but not limited to delivery address provided is incorrect, the premise of the delivery address is closed etc. The Attendee(s) will at all times be responsible to collect the Wearable Band at the delivery address provided by the Attendee(s).

  23. The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge that any inaccuracies or errors in the delivery address may result in a delay or failure to receive the Wearable Band. The Ticketing Platform(s) will not be held liable for any consequences arising from such inaccuracies or errors attributable to the Attendee(s) in any manner whatsoever.

  24. In the event if the Wearable Band is to be collected from the Event Venue, the pick-up details will be intimated to the Attendee(s) by the Event Organiser on or before the Event. The Attendee(s) can only pick-up the Wearable Band from the location intimated to the Attendee(s) by the Event Organiser.

  25. The Attendee(s) will be solely responsible for any damage, loss, destruction, mutilation or wastage of the Wearable Band which occurs for any reason except those related to packaging issues. If the Attendee(s) receives a damaged Wearable Band due to packaging issues, the Attendee(s) should not take delivery of the Wearable Band and hand it back to the delivery personnel. Accepting delivery shall exempt Ticketing Platform(s) from all liability for damage to the Wearable Band arising because of packaging issues and Ticketing Platform(s) shall not be responsible to compensate the Attendee(s) for such damage or provide the Attendee(s) a new Wearable Band.

  26. The Event Organiser reserves the right to perform security checks on Attendee(s) at the entry point or at any other time at the Event as per its sole discretion.

  27. The Event Organiser or any of its agents, officers, or employees will not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered by the Attendee(s) at the Event.

  28. The Ticket Handling Fee and Convenience Fee are non-refundable except where the Event is cancelled by the Event Organiser or the Purchased Ticket(s).

  29. The Attendee(s) will not be allowed entry at the Event if found in an inebriated state. The Event Organiser reserves the right to evict such Attendee(s) from the Event who are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol or who in the reasonable opinion of the Event Organiser conducts themselves in an inappropriate manner.

  30. Availability and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Event is subject to Central and State guidelines, regulations, licenses and permissions. Such sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Event is as per the policies and guidelines determined by the Event Organiser or its authorized service providers.

  31. Consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Event is only permitted to Attendee(s) who are of legal drinking age (“LDA”) as per the respective State guidelines. The LDA bands will be available at the Event to the Attendee(s) upon presenting a valid photo id (physical/digital) proof.

  32. The terms and conditions for the purchase of food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), sale of merchandise items will be communicated by the Event Organiser to the Attendee(s) on or prior to the Event.

  33. The first aid/basic medical facilities will be available at the Event during the Event Timings. An ambulance on stand-by will be present at the Event in case of an emergency. If an Attendee(s) meets with an injury or a health issue occurs for which the resources are not available at the Event, the Event Organiser will put in their best efforts to help and assist with any such emergency. The Event Organiser does not take any responsibility for such an event and is not liable for any such loss/harm/injury to the Attendee(s).

  34. All the Attendee(s) at the Event will be required to ensure that they cooperate with the Event Organiser’s team at the Event in an ethical and a polite way.

  35. In respect of the Ticket(s) purchased by the Attendee(s), Zomato or the Event Organiser shall issue tax invoices for their respective supplies as per applicable laws and common business practices.

  36. You agree and acknowledge that the number of ticket(s) to be made available for sale to the customers for the Event on Zomato Platform or offline shall be at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser and the Event Organiser may retain any number of ticket(s) to be given offline, either by sale or complimentary to anyone at its sole discretion which are not available for sale on Zomato Platform.

B. Prohibited & Allowed Items:

  1. The Attendee(s) are not allowed to bring any backpacks/big bags/storage items to the Event and such bags/storage items will be confiscated at the security checkpoint of the Event. The Event Organiser does not provide any storage facility at the Event Venue.
  2. No professional SLR or DSLR cameras or Drones or any sound or video equipment are permitted at the Event. The Attendee(s) are prohibited from bringing such equipment to the Event Venue. The Event Organiser does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to any such equipment of the Attendee(s).
  3. Vape pens, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, lighters and any other smoking devices are prohibited at the Event. The Event Organiser as per its sole discretion will confiscate and dispose of any such prohibited items as and when found at the Event.
  4. Outside eatables, beverages, bottles, cans, bags, laptops, electronic tablets, hazardous substances, dangerous objects including but not limited to arms and ammunitions, lighters, match box, aerosol and other flammable items and any other illegal and banned substances and items are not allowed at the Event. The Event Organiser reserves the right to confiscate these items and evict the Attendee(s) from the Event if the Attendee(s) is found to be in possession of these prohibited items. The Event Organiser reserves the sole right to determine from time to time, the items or objects that are not allowed inside the Event.
  5. Consumption and sale of illegal and banned substances is strictly prohibited and anyone found consuming, selling or possessing such illegal substances will be immediately handed over to the appropriate authorities.
  6. Medical Requirements:
    i. The Attendee(s) are advised to take all necessary precautions during the Event. The Event Organiser assumes no liability if Attendee(s) suffers any medical condition while attending the Event.
    ii. The Event Organiser will not be responsible for any ill/harmful/negative/allergic effects of food items or drinks consumed at the Event by the Attendee(s).
    iii. Any Attendee(s) needing prescription medicine must present the pharmacy-labeled prescription stating the dosage and patient name to the medical staff at the entrance gate.
    iv. Medicines needing to be inhaled are prohibited unless it is a prescribed inhaler.
    v. Attendee(s) with allergies can carry their prescribed medicines.
  7. The Attendee(s) will not be allowed to bring pets at the Event.

C. Ticket(s) Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  1. The Ticket(s) cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
    i. The Ticket(s) are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise permitted by the Event Organiser as per its sole discretion. In the event, the Attendee(s) cancels the Ticket(s) or does not attend the Event, no amount will be refunded to the Attendee(s) of the Gross Transaction Value.
    ii. If the Event Organiser cancels the Event due to any reasons attributable to the Event Organiser, then the Attendee(s) will be refunded the complete Gross Transaction Value.
    iii. The Ticket(s) purchased from the box office or offline by the Event Organiser for the Event are non-cancellable, non-refundable and cannot be listed for sale on the Ticketing Platform(s).
    iv. If the Event is cancelled due to Force Majeure Event (as defined below) then the Event Organiser will issue a refund of the Gross Transaction Value to the Attendee(s) in accordance with these Terms.
    v. If the Event is postponed/rescheduled to a future date, the Ticket(s) purchased by the Attendee(s) will remain valid for the postponed/rescheduled Event. However, the Event Organiser may provide refund for the Event upto the Gross Transaction Value as per the sole discretion of the Event Organiser. If the Event Organiser approves providing the refunds, then a notification for such refund will be sent to the Attendee(s) at the email address of the Attendee(s) provided at the time of purchase/registration for the Ticket(s).
    vi. If any of the performing artist’s at the Event is changed or cancelled, no refund will be provided to the Attendee(s) by the Event Organiser.
    vii. No refund will be provided to the Attendee(s) by the Event Organiser for reasons not covered or stated in paragraph 44 (i) to (vii) of these Terms.

D. COVID-19 Rules:

  1. The Event is open and accessible only for persons that have been double vaccinated against COVID-19. The Attendee(s) may be asked to show the documentary proof/certificate of their COVID-19 double vaccination at the Event Venue. The Attendee(s) will assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the Event Organiser and the Ticketing Platform(s).

E. Book Now Sell Anytime Terms:

a. In case the Attendee(s) is unable to attend the Event for any reason whatsoever, the Attendee(s) may choose to list the Ticket(s) (“Purchased Ticket(s)”) by selecting the ‘Sell’ option as and when available on the Ticketing Platform(s) for listing at the Ticket Value which will be payable to the Attendee(s) subject to the Purchased Ticket(s) being successfully sold to a new buyer and the original Purchased Ticket(s) of the Attendee(s) being canceled.

b. The listing of the Purchased Ticket(s) for sale cannot be at any time lower or higher than the Ticket Value of the Purchased Ticket(s) by the Attendee(s).

c. Upon successful sale of the Purchased Ticket(s), to the new buyer, a new Ticket(s) will be issued to the new customer and the Ticket Value will be paid to the Attendee(s) within a period of 5 (five) to 7 (seven) working days from the date of successful sale of the Purchased Ticket(s) to the new buyer.

d. No fee will be charged from the Attendee(s) for listing the Ticket(s) for sale.

e. The Ticket Value will be processed back to source subject to the conditions specified in paragraph (f) below.

f. The Convenience Fee and Ticket Handling Fee will be refunded to the Attendee(s) if all the Purchased Ticket(s) in a single order are successfully sold to the new buyer(s). In the event of a partial listing of Ticket(s) for sale, the Convenience Fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis and the Ticket Handling Fee will not be refundable in such cases as the remaining Ticket(s) will still have to be delivered. For clarity the Ticket Handling Fee will be refunded only if the total number of Purchased Ticket(s) in a single order are successfully sold.

g. The Attendee(s) may delete the Ticket(s) listed for sale at any time until the Purchased Ticket(s) has been successfully sold to the new buyer in accordance with these Terms.

h. The Purchased Ticket(s) listed for sale once purchased by the new buyer cannot be listed for sale again on the Ticketing Platform(s) in any manner whatsoever.

i. The Attendee(s) must list the Ticket(s) for sale on a good faith basis. The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove the Purchased Ticket(s) listed for sale from the Zomato Platform as per its sole discretion if the behavior of the Attendee(s) listing the Purchased Ticket(s) is unfair, irregular in nature, malpractice and with a dishonest intent to game the Zomato Platform.

j. The Ticket(s) purchased by the Attendee(s) in any manner whatsoever other than the Zomato Website and Zomato Application will not be eligible for listing for sale under the ‘Sell’ section. The ‘Book Now Sell Anytime’ is available only on Zomato Application. You can access the Zomato Website purchased Ticket(s) on the Zomato Application by using the same login credentials.

k. The Ticketing Platform(s) does not guarantee the successful sale of the Purchased Ticket(s). The Ticketing Platform(s) will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the payment of the Ticket Value of the Ticket(s) to the Attendee(s) until the Purchased Ticket(s) is successfully sold to a new buyer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Ticketing Platform(s) will not provide any Ticket Value for the Purchased Ticket(s) which does not get successfully sold for any reason whatsoever including site maintenance, outage, site unavailability or listing delays.

l. The person buying the Ticket(s) listed under the ‘Sell’ section will be issued a new Ticket by Event Organiser for the Event via Ticketing Platform(s) upon payment of the Ticket Value along with (i) Convenience Fee; and (ii) Ticket Handling Fee.

F. Additional Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Attendee(s) hereby assume all risks, whether or not expressly set forth in these Terms, as well as any risks or dangers incidental to, or in any way relating to, the Event, the purchase of Ticket(s) hereunder including those arising from, or relating to, the acts or omissions of third parties (including artists, other Attendee(s), Venue provider, operators, staff, employees or agents, Event Organiser or its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents, designees or third party service providers), including risk of loss or damage to Attendee(s) personal property and risks of personal injury (mental or physical).
  2. The Event Organiser will not be held responsible, legally, financially or otherwise, (i) for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged or misplaced anywhere in the Venue or at Venue access/entry points, or (ii) for personal injuries sustained by Attendee(s) arising from, or relating to, the following non-exhaustive list: extremely loud sounds and special effects, such as flashing lights, rapidly changing or alternating images, the use of fog, haze or smoke with theatrical stage lighting, laser projections, strobe lights and fireworks, whether such injuries or manifestation of such injuries occur during or subsequent to the Event. The Attendee(s) further agree and acknowledge that the Event Organiser or the Ticketing Platform(s) will have no legal obligation to mitigate any Attendee(s) potential or actual losses sustained during the Event.
  3. The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge that at the Event Venue there can be disruptions in the network services which may result in poor phone network, failed UPI transactions or failed credit/debit card transactions etc. In such a scenario, the Event Organiser will not be liable to the Attendee(s) or any third party for any loss, damage etc. resulting from such disruption in the network services.
  4. These Terms will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the Terms, the courts of New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, under, or in relation, to the provisions of these Terms.
  5. The Event Organiser will not be liable or responsible to the Attendee(s) nor be deemed to have defaulted under these Terms for any failure, default or delay in fulfilling or performing any of its obligations under these Terms when and to the extent such failure, default or delay is caused by or results from a Force Majeure Event. “Force Majeure Event” shall mean occurrence of an act, event, omission or accident beyond the reasonable control of the Event Organiser including natural disasters such as wildfires, earthquakes, storm, flooding, lightning strikes, lock-outs, industrial action, tsunamis, rain, fire, accident, riots, war (threatened or actual), terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic (including the COVID-19 pandemic and related restrictions), civil commotion or turmoil, breakdown of communication facilities, curfew, breakdown of web host or internet services, actions or embargoes or blockades introduced by the government or any other authority having the right to do so, national or regional emergencies, subsidence, invasion, political unrest, any governmental acts or omissions, any change in applicable laws or regulations, the effects of which cannot reasonably have been avoided or mitigated prior to the change coming into effect, travel restrictions or advisory issued by the government, timeline restriction advisory issued by respective governments, interruption or delay of transportation services, interruption or failure of utility services, national strikes, explosion, military action, or any other similar events. The only liability of the Event Organiser in case of a Force Majeure Event to the Attendee(s) will be a refund of the Gross Transaction Value.
  6. The Event Organiser’s aggregate liability in any scenario whatsoever will not exceed the total Gross Transaction Value under which the claim arose.
  7. The Event Organiser reserves the right to offer, alter, extend or withdraw, as the case may be, any promotional offer, discounts extended by Event Organiser or any partner associated with the Event Organiser for the Event. In such cases, such revision will be updated on the Ticketing Platform(s) by the Event Organiser from time to time. For clarity, any promotional offers, discounts will be applicable only on the Ticket Value and not on Convenience Fee and Ticket Handling Fee payable by the Attendee(s).
  8. Entry to the Event is subject to acceptance of these Terms. The Event Organiser solely reserves the right to amend, alter or modify these Terms without any prior notice. The decision of the Event Organiser is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard by the Event Organiser.
  9. The performers and billed attractions at the Event are subject to change, rescheduled or cancelled at any time without any prior notice by the Event Organiser.
  10. Participating restaurants and their respective menus are subject to change or cancel at any time prior and during the Event. No refund will be given to the Attendee(s) if any restaurant is changed or cancelled at any time prior and during the Event.
  11. Any information and data submitted by the Attendee(s) for the Event, including without limitation any personal information etc. will be governed by the Terms of Service read with the Privacy Policy of the Ticketing Platform(s) or the Event Organiser’s privacy policy where the Attendee(s) submit their data at the Event.
  12. The Event Organiser may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms to any of its affiliates or any third party at any time.
