Zomaland Event And Ticketing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)

Definitions:“Agency” means a third party agency appointed by the Event Organiser (as defined below) for (i) issuing the Payment Card (as defined below) to the Attendee(s) (as defined below) ; (ii) collecting top up amount on the Payment Cards; and (iii) accepting the Payment Cards at point of sales for payment of food and beverages, payment in the games area and/or any other point of sale at the Event as determined by the Event Organiser (as defined below) from time to time.
“Application” means the mobile application(s), owned and operated by Zomato.
“Attendee(s)” means the person attending the Event (as defined below) by means of purchasing a valid Ticket(s) (as defined below) for the Event or by access given by the Event Organiser (as defined below) through a valid complimentary ticket.
“Convenience Fee” means a fee charged for the services provided to the Attendee(s) for each Transaction (as defined below) by Zomato (as defined below) including making available of a platform for discovery of events, payment options for booking of tickets etc. The GST will be additionally levied on the Convenience Fee by Zomato. Convenience Fee may also be referred to as ‘Booking Fee’ alternatively, as may be communicated on the Application.
“Event” means the food and entertainment carnival titled “Zomaland” organised by the Event Organiser (as defined below).
“Event Day(s)” means the days on which the Event is scheduled.
“Event Duration” means the timing of the Event for each day commencing from 02:00 PM until 10:00 PM for each Event Day. However, the Event Duration may be changed for a particular Event as per the Event Organiser, and or any regulations of the local government authorities for a specific Event. Any such change shall be communicated to the Attendees via the official digital media account(s) of the Event Organiser from time to time.
“Event Organiser” means Zomato Entertainment Private Limited.
“Gross Transaction Value” means the total sum of the Convenience Fee (including applicable taxes) and Ticket Value (as defined below) payable by the Attendee(s) for purchasing the Ticket(s) for the Event from the Platform (as defined below).
“Payment Card” means the RFID card issued by the Agency to the Attendee(s) at the Event upon receipt of an amount from the Attendee(s) in order to allow Attendee(s) to make payment towards purchase of food and beverage items (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), games area and any other point of sale at the Event Venue.
“Platform” collectively means Application(s), Website(s) and/or any other platform owned and operated by Zomato or its affiliates on which the Ticket(s) will be made available for sale.
“Service Provider” means a third-party entity engaged by the Agency for (i) providing the Payment Card to Agency for onward issuance to the Attendee(s); (ii) managing top up counters at the Event; (iii) on ground Payment Card sales management; (iv) box office management; and (v) other ticketing and on-ground sales facilitation services as determined by the Event Organiser.
“Ticket(s)/M-Ticket(s)” means a ticket or reservation made by the Attendee(s) through payment of Ticket(s) Value on the Platform and/or the box office situated at each of the Event Venue where a Ticket(s) are being sold, which allows the Attendee(s) entry to the Event for which such reservation is generated and access to services offered by the Event Organiser at the Event in relation to hospitality, food and beverages, merchandise and games area. For clarity Ticket(s) will include GA Ticket(s) (as defined below), VIP Ticket(s) (as defined below) or any other category of Ticket(s) as may be specified by the Event Organiser and issued:
a. via an electronic form purchased by the Attendee(s) on the Platform; or
b. offline by Event Organiser including at the box office at the Event Venue for which such reservation is generated.“Ticket(s) Value” means the amount (including applicable taxes) paid by the Attendee(s) to purchase valid Ticket(s):
a. from the Platform; or
b. offline by the Event Organiser including at the box office at the Event Venue“Transaction” means each instance where the Attendee(s) makes payments towards purchasing the Ticket(s):
a. from the Platform; or
b. offline by the Event Organiser including at the box office at the Event Venue“Venue” refers to the area and location where each Event is scheduled to take place.
“Zomato” means Zomato Limited including its affiliates and subsidiaries authorised third party service providers.
“Website” means www.zomato.com (including the webpages contained or hyperlinked therein and owned or controlled by Zomato), and such other websites, media or media channels, devices, mobile applications, software, or technologies as Zomato may choose from time to time.

Terms & Conditions:#
A. Event Access & General Guidelines:Ticket(s) purchased only from the Platform or offline from the Event Organiser including at the box office at the Event Venue will be considered valid Ticket(s).
Each Attendee(s) can buy a maximum of 10 (ten) Ticket(s) of each type for the Event (i.e. 10 (ten) General Access Ticket(s) (“GA Ticket(s)”), 10 (ten) Very Important Person Ticket(s) (“VIP Ticket(s)”), 10 (ten) Table for Everyone - Buddy Pass Ticket(s) (“Table for Everyone - Buddy Pass Ticket(s) for two“), 10 (ten) general access weekend Ticket(s) allowing access to both the Event Day(s) (“Weekend GA Ticket(s)”), 10 (ten) Very Important Person access weekend Ticket(s) allowing access to both the Event Day(s) (“Weekend VIP Ticket(s)”) or any other category of Ticket(s) made available at the Platform (whichever is available) for each Event Day(s)). For clarity, each Attendee(s) can buy a maximum of 10 (ten) Ticket(s) per Transaction and a maximum of 20 (twenty) Ticket(s) (including all categories) in total for each Event Day(s).
The Event Organiser, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to add, delete, alter, change, modify the Ticket(s) category from time to time, including the Ticket(s) prices, inclusions, offerings and categories, for each Event and the same may be communicated to the Attendee(s) on the Platform.
The inclusions as per the Ticket categories are as follows:
a. GA Ticket(s)
(i) Access to Event on the particular Event Day(s) except the VIP zone area or any other restricted areas as may be determined by the Event Organiser.b. VIP Ticket(s)
(i) Access to the Event including the VIP zone area except the restricted areas as may be determined by the Event Organiser.
(ii) Dedicated entry lanes to the Event.c. Weekend GA Ticket(s)
(i) Access to the Event on both the Event Day(s) except the VIP zone area or any other restricted areas as may be determined by the Event Organiser.d. Weekend VIP Ticket(s)
(i) Access to the Event including the VIP zone on both the Event Day(s) except the VIP zone area or any other restricted areas as may be determined by the Event Organiser.e. Table for Everyone - Buddy Pass Ticket(s) for two
(i) Access to the Event including the VIP zone area except the restricted area or any other restricted areas as may be determined by the Event Organiser.
(ii) Dedicated entry lanes to the Event.
(iii) Access to dedicated washrooms.
(iv) 1 Pitcher and Platter at the ‘Magic for sharing zone’.The Attendee(s) will ensure to carry a valid Ticket(s) that permits admission/entry to one person only. Access to the Event will be via scanning of the Ticket(s) via a turnstile or via hand scanners as applicable.
The Attendee(s) having a valid GA Ticket(s) will be given a wristband for the GA Ticket(s) zone (“GA Ticket(s) Band”) at the Event. Similarly, the Attendees having a valid VIP Ticket(s) will be given a wristband for the VIP Ticket(s) zone valid for Event Day(s) (“VIP Ticket(s) Band”), the Attendees having a valid Weekend GA Ticket(s) will be given a wristband for the GA Ticket(s) zone valid for both Event Day(s) (“Weekend GA Ticket(s) Band”) and the Attendees having a valid Weekend VIP Ticket(s) will be given a wristband for the VIP Ticket(s) zone valid for both Event Day(s) (“Weekend VIP Ticket(s) Band”). For all Ticket(s), the respective bands are mandatory for accessing the specific zones permissible under the Ticket(s) category at the Event. The Attendee(s) having a valid ‘Table for Everyone - Buddy Pass for two’ Ticket(s) will be given a wristband for the VIP Ticket(s) zone at the event.
The GA Ticket(s) Band and VIP Ticket(s) Band will not be counted as a valid band if they have been tampered and such tampered bands will not be replaced by the Event Organiser. The Attendee(s) will mandatorily wear the GA Ticket(s) Band and VIP Ticket(s) Band at all times while attending the Event.
The Ticket(s) are non-transferable and each Ticket(s) that is purchased/secured for a particular Event Day(s) is for the particular Event Day(s) and will only give access to the Event to the Attendee(s) for that particular Event Day(s). The Ticket(s) other than the Weekend GA Ticket(s) and the Weekend VIP Ticket(s) will not be valid for any other Event Day(s) or Event.
No duplicate Ticket(s)/ M-Ticket(s)/bands will be issued for lost, stolen or tampered Ticket(s). The Attendee(s) will purchase a new Ticket(s) on account of a lost, stolen or tampered Ticket(s).
No duplicate GA Ticket(s) Band/ VIP Ticket(s) Band/ Weekend GA Ticket(s) Band and Weekend VIP Ticket(s) Band will be issued for lost, stolen or tampered Ticket(s)/ bands. The Attendee(s) will purchase a new Ticket(s)/M-Ticket(s) on account of a lost, stolen or tampered Ticket(s) bands/.
The box office and entry gates of the Event will close at 09:45 PM or earlier as determined by the Event Organiser at its sole discretion on an event-to-event basis and the Attendee(s) will strictly adhere to the timeline mentioned. This is subject to the Venue capacity, guidelines & availability of Ticket(s).
Re-entry is not allowed to the Event for particular Ticket(s), once the Attendee(s) has entered the Event. The GA Ticket(s) Band and VIP Ticket(s) Band will be cut upon exit from the Event. However, the Weekend GA Ticket(s) Band and Weekend VIP Ticket(s) Band shall not be cut at the exit at the Event.
The Attendee(s) must at all times, during the Event Duration carry an original or a digital copy of a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Driver's license/ Aadhaar/ Passport). The Attendee(s) will not be permitted to enter the Event upon failure to present either of the ID proofs mentioned above.
Entry to the Event for children up to 6 (six) years will be allowed free provided the child is accompanied by an adult who holds a valid Ticket(s) and presents a valid date of birth proof for the child. Anyone above the age of 6 (six) years will be allowed access to the Event only upon purchase of a valid Ticket. All children below the age of 13 (thirteen) years must be accompanied by an adult to the Event.
Parking is subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis for each Event as per the guidelines of the Venue and the relevant authorities. Attendee(s) may have to pay for the parking as per the guidelines of the Venue, the local authorities, and/or the Event Organiser pertaining to a particular Event.
The Attendee(s) confirms that the parking at the Event is at the risk of the Attendee(s). The Event Organiser will not be held responsible for any damage or theft or any other loss of any manner or any items kept for any vehicles from inside or outside the Event Venue.
Each Ticket(s) allows access to only certain areas of the Event and restricts entry to restricted areas at the Event as per the type/category of the Ticket(s). Rights of Admission are reserved with the Event Organiser. The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge the details along with the terms and conditions around the access and inclusions for each Ticket(s) type.
The Event Organiser will not be held responsible for any inconvenience to the Attendee(s) in cases where the Ticket(s) are not bought from the Platform or from the Event Organiser.
The Attendee(s) may be videographed, filmed, photographed and/or recorded for broadcast, publication, advertisement, marketing or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Event Organiser or by the Event’s sponsors and partners. The Attendee(s) hereby grant to the Event Organiser the right to use in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording including but not limited to videos, films, photographs and/or recording of the Attendee(s) on any medium including social media channels globally for broadcasting, advertising, marketing, publicity and promotions.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to ask the Attendee(s) to exit from the Event and cancel the Ticket(s) of the Attendee(s) without any refund if the Attendee(s) are found not following the safety guidelines of the Event, on grounds of misdemeanour, medical safety reasons or breach of these Terms etc.
The performances and content shared by various artists at the Event are purely intended for entertainment purposes. The Event Organiser will not be liable for any claims resulting from any artist’s performance at the Event.
The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge that Ticket(s) purchased from any third party platforms or other unofficial sources and Ticket(s) tampered with will be considered invalid and holders of these tickets will be denied entry to the Event.
The Ticket(s) prices, inclusions and categories for the Event are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser and will be communicated to the Attendee(s) via the Platform.
By using our platform, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your data (including personal data) in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Zomato, along with the Event Organiser, Agency, and/or Service Provider(s) may collect data (including personal data) from the Attendee(s) such as their name, e-mail address, billing address or telephone number at the time of booking/registration/payment as well as at the time of issuance of Payment Card for processing transactions, providing customer support, and improving services. By agreeing to these Terms, the Attendee(s) consent for Zomato, Event Organiser, Agency and the Service Provider to process, collect, receive, possess, store, deal and handle all such data (including but not limited to personal data) as provided herein for stated purposes in accordance with applicable laws and their respective privacy policies. We may share your personal data with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and ticket vendors) to complete transactions or provide services on our behalf. Additionally, we may share your data with event organisers and their affiliates (including sponsors and partners) for the purpose of facilitating communications, marketing and activities in connection with your booking(s). Your data will be retained by Zomato and other parties for as long as may be required to continue providing services, administrative purposes and as may be required by relevant laws.
In no circumstance will any GA Ticket(s) holder, VIP Ticket(s) holder and Weekend GA Ticket(s) and Weekend VIP Ticket(s) holder be allowed entry or access to the backstage area, restricted access areas, office area, invite only area, tables area and any other special access areas at the Event unless permitted by the Event Organiser. The Event Organiser reserves the right to instruct an Attendee(s) to vacate a particular area of the Event which does not allow access to them as per Event Organiser’s sole discretion.
The Attendee(s) who have purchased GA Ticket(s) and Weekend GA Ticket(s) will not be allowed to enter the area demarcated for the VIP Ticket(s) and Weekend VIP Ticket(s) zones at the Event.
The unlawful resale of Ticket(s) including listing of Ticket(s) for resale on third party platform(s) by any person will lead to cancellation of such tickets and may lead to legal and other consequences subject to the discretion of the relevant Government authorities and the Event Organiser.
The Event Organiser will not allow entry to any person who has purchased a Ticket(s) from any third party platform other than the Platform or Event Organiser.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to perform security checks on Attendee(s) at the entry point or at any other time at the Event as per its sole discretion.
The Event Organiser or any of its agents, officers, or employees will not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered by the Attendee(s) at the Event.
The Convenience Fee is non-refundable except where the Event is canceled by the Event Organiser.
The Attendee(s) will not be allowed entry at the Event if found in an inebriated state. The Event Organiser reserves the right to evict such Attendee(s) from the Event who are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol or who in the reasonable opinion of the Event Organiser is conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner.
Availability and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Event is subject to Central and State guidelines, regulations, licenses and permissions. Such sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Event is as per the policies and guidelines determined by the Event Organiser or its authorized service providers.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages at each Event is only permitted to Attendee(s) who are of legal drinking age (“LDA”) as per the respective State guidelines. The LDA bands will be available at each Event to the Attendee(s) upon presenting a valid photo id (physical/digital) proof.
Transactions for the purchase of food items, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, games, merchandise will be done via Payment Card issued to the Attendee(s) at the Event.
Upon issuance of a Payment Card to an Attendee(s), an activation fee of an amount equivalent to INR 50/- may be payable (if and as applicable and communicated by the Event Organiser at the Event or prior to the Event via social media or communications) by the Attendee(s) at the time of issuance of the Payment Card and the same will be non-refundable.
The Event Organiser from time to time may run discount offers on top-up of Payment Cards subject to terms and conditions defined by the Event Organiser from time to time. The Attendees agree and acknowledge that in case due to any offers, any additional credit value/top-up value is added to the Payment Card, and the Event Organiser has determined that there may be refunds of the balance funds in the Payment Card. However, the applicability of refunds (if any) and its related terms and conditions will be communicated to the Attendee(s) either on the Platform or via the official digital media account(s), as the Event Organiser may deem fit.
The first aid/basic medical facilities will be available at the Event during the Event Timings. An ambulance on stand-by will be present at the Event in case of an emergency. If an Attendee(s) meets with an injury or a health issue occurs for which the resources are not available at the Event, the Event Organiser will put in their best efforts to help and assist with any such emergency. The Event Organiser does not take any responsibility for such an event and is not liable for any such loss/harm/injury/loss of life to the Attendee(s).
The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge that the number of Ticket(s) for each category and each Event to be made available for sale to the Attendee(s) for the Event(s) shall be at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser and the Event Organiser shall have the right to retain any number of ticket(s) to be given offline, either by sale or complimentary.
The Attendee(s) at the Event will be required to ensure that they cooperate with the Event Organiser’s team at the Event in an ethical and a polite way.
In respect of the Ticket(s) purchased by the Attendee(s), Zomato or the Event Organiser will issue tax invoices for their respective supplies as per applicable laws and common business practices.

B. Prohibited & Allowed Items:- The Attendee(s) are not allowed to bring any backpacks/big bags/storage items to the Event and such backpacks/bags/storage items will be confiscated at the security checkpoint. The Event Organiser does not provide any storage facility at the Event Venue.
- No professional SLR or DSLR cameras or Drones or any sound or video equipment are permitted at the Event. The Attendee(s) are prohibited from bringing such equipment to the Event Venue. The Event Organiser does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to any such equipment of the Attendee(s).
- Vape pens, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, lighters and any other smoking devices are prohibited at the Event. The Event Organiser as per its sole discretion will confiscate and dispose of any such prohibited items as and when found at the Event.
- Outside eatables, beverages, bottles, cans, bags, laptops, electronic tablets, hazardous substances, dangerous objects including but not limited to arms and ammunitions, lighters, match box, aerosol, deodrants, perfumes, colognes, sharp objects, storage bags and other flammable items and any other illegal and banned substances and items are not allowed at the Event. The Event Organiser reserves the right to confiscate these items and evict the Attendee(s) from the Event if the Attendee(s) is found to be in possession of these prohibited items. The Event Organiser reserves the sole right to determine from time to time, the items or objects that are not allowed inside the Event.
- Consumption and sale of illegal and banned substances is strictly prohibited at the Event and anyone found consuming, selling or possessing such illegal substances will be immediately handed over to the appropriate authorities.
- The Event Organiser may add/determine any additional items that are prohibited at the Event as per their discretion, keeping in mind safety and security of the Attendee(s), working staff and other personnel present at the Event, subject to guidelines and regulations of the Venue and the central, state and local authorities.
- Medical Requirements:
a. The Attendee(s) are advised to take all necessary precautions during the Event. The Event Organiser assumes no liability if any Attendee(s) suffers any medical condition while attending the Event.
b. The Event Organiser will not be responsible for any ill/harmful/negative/allergic effects of food items or drinks consumed at the Event by the Attendee(s).
c. Any Attendee(s) needing prescription medicine must present the pharmacy labelled prescription stating the dosage and patient name to the medical/security staff at the entrance gate.
d. Medicines needing to be inhaled are prohibited unless it is a prescribed inhaler.
e. Attendee(s) with allergies can carry their prescribed medicines. - The Event Organiser reserves the right to determine from time to time, the items or objects that are not allowed inside the Event.

C. Ticket(s) Cancellation & Refund Policy:- The Ticket(s) cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
a. The Ticket(s) are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise permitted by the Event Organiser as per its sole discretion. In the event, the Attendee(s) cancels the Ticket(s) or does not attend the Event, no amount will be refunded to the Attendee(s).
b. If the Event Organiser cancels the Event due to any reasons attributable to the Event Organiser, then the Attendee(s) will be refunded the complete Gross Transaction Value.
c. The Ticket(s) purchased from the box office or offline (other than the Platform) by the Event Organiser for the Event are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
d. If the Event is cancelled due to Force Majeure Event (as defined below) then the Event Organiser will issue a refund of the Gross Transaction Value to the Attendee(s) in accordance with these Terms.
e. If the Event could not take place on one of the Event Day(s) due to any reason whatsoever, then the Event Organiser may give the Attendee(s) a valid Ticket(s) for the other Event Day(s) as per the discretion and limitations of the Event Organiser. Any refund, if applicable, will be determined by the Event Organiser subject to its sole discretion.
f. If the Event is postponed/rescheduled to a future date, the Ticket(s) purchased by the Attendee(s) will remain valid for the postponed/rescheduled Event. However, the Event Organiser may provide refund for the Event up to the Gross Transaction Value as per the sole discretion of the Event Organiser. If the Event Organiser approves providing the refunds, then a notification for such refund will be sent to the Attendee(s) at the email address of the Attendee(s) provided at the time of purchase/registration for the Ticket(s).
g. If any performing artist at the Event is changed or cancelled, no refund will be provided to the Attendee(s) by the Event Organiser.
h. In case one of the Event days is canceled and an Attendee(s) has a Weekend GA Ticket(s) or Weekend VIP Ticket(s), then the Attendee(s) shall be refunded fifty percent of the Ticket(s) Value.
i. No refund will be provided to the Attendee(s) by the Event Organiser for reasons not covered or stated in paragraph 50 (a) to (h) of these Terms.

D. COVID-19 Rules:- The Event is open and accessible only for persons that have been double vaccinated against COVID-19. The Attendee(s) may be asked to show the documentary proof/certificate of their COVID-19 double vaccination at the Event Venue. The Attendee(s) will assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the Event Organiser and the Platform.

E. Additional Terms & Conditions:- The Attendee(s) will not be allowed to bring pets at the Event.
- The Attendee(s) hereby assume all risks, whether or not expressly set forth in these Terms, as well as any risks or dangers incidental to, or in any way relating to, the Event, the purchase of Ticket(s) hereunder including those arising from, or relating to, the acts or omissions of third parties (including artists, other Attendee(s), Venue provider, operators, staff, employees or agents, Event Organiser or its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents, designees or third party service providers), including risk of loss or damage to Attendee(s) personal property and risks of personal injury (mental or physical).
- The Event Organiser will not be held responsible, legally, financially or otherwise, (i) for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged or misplaced anywhere in the Venue or at Venue access/entry points, or (ii) for personal injuries sustained by Attendee(s) arising from, or relating to, the following non-exhaustive list: extremely loud sounds and special effects, such as flashing lights, rapidly changing or alternating images, the use of fog, haze or smoke with theatrical stage lighting, laser projections, strobe lights and fireworks, whether such injuries or manifestation of such injuries occur during or subsequent to the Event. The Attendee(s) further agree and acknowledge that the Event Organiser or the Platform will have no legal obligation to mitigate any Attendee(s) potential or actual losses sustained during the Event.
- The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge that at the Event Venue there can be disruptions in the network services which may result in poor phone network, failed UPI transactions or failed credit/debit card transactions etc. In such a scenario, the Event Organiser will not be liable to the Attendee(s) or any third party for any loss, damage etc. resulting from such disruption in the network services.
- These Terms will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the Terms, the courts of New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, under, or in relation, to the provisions of these Terms.
- The Event Organiser will not be liable or responsible to the Attendee(s) nor be deemed to have defaulted under these Terms for any failure, default or delay in fulfilling or performing any of its obligations under these Terms when and to the extent such failure, default or delay is caused by or results from a Force Majeure Event. “Force Majeure Event” will mean occurrence of an act, event, omission or accident beyond the reasonable control of the Event Organiser including natural disasters such as wildfires, earthquakes, storm, flooding, lightning strikes, lock-outs, industrial action, tsunamis, rain, fire, accident, riots, war (threatened or actual), terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic (including the COVID-19 pandemic and related restrictions), civil commotion or turmoil, breakdown of communication facilities, curfew, breakdown of web host or internet services, actions or embargoes or blockades introduced by the government or any other authority having the right to do so, national or regional emergencies, subsidence, invasion, political unrest, any governmental acts or omissions, any change in applicable laws or regulations, the effects of which cannot reasonably have been avoided or mitigated prior to the change coming into effect, travel restrictions or advisory issued by the government, timeline restriction advisory issued by respective governments, interruption or delay of transportation services, interruption or failure of utility services, national strikes, explosion, military action, or any other similar events. The only liability of the Event Organiser in case of a Force Majeure Event to the Attendee(s) will be a refund of the Gross Transaction Value.
- The Event Organiser’s aggregate liability in any scenario whatsoever will not exceed the total Gross Transaction Value under which the claim arose.
- Entry to the Event is subject to acceptance of these Terms. The Event Organiser solely reserves the right to amend, alter or modify these Terms without any prior notice. The decision of the Event Organiser is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard by the Event Organiser.
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to change, modify, reschedule or cancel any of the performing artists or billed attractions without any liability and will not be liable to give any refund to the Attendee(s) for any such change, modification, rescheduling or cancellation of any performing artists or billed attractions at the Event.
- Participating restaurants and their respective menus are subject to change or cancel at any time prior and during the Event. No refund will be given to the Attendee(s) if any restaurant is changed or cancelled at any time prior and during the Event.
- Any information and data submitted by the Attendee(s) for the Event, including without limitation any personal information etc. will be governed by the Terms of Service read with the Privacy Policy of Zomato and privacy policy of the Service Provider, Event Organiser, Agency where the Attendee(s) submit their data at the Event, as maybe applicable.
- The Attendee(s) agree and acknowledge that they will be responsible for providing accurate and complete information while purchasing the Ticket(s) from the Platform or from Event Organiser at the box office at the Event Venue including name, phone number, email/ billing/delivery address etc. The Attendee(s) will receive confirmation of the Ticket(s) by email, SMS, WhatsApp and/or by any other means of communication for the Event by the Platform or Event Organiser.
- The Event Organiser may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms to any of its affiliates or any third party at any time.
