Zomato Restaurant Awards 2023 Attendee Terms and Conditions

Zomato Restaurant Awards 2023 Terms and Conditions;

  1. "Invitee(s)" means the representative(s) invited by Zomato Limited (" Zomato" ) for the Restaurant Awards 2023 (" Event") at the venue where the Event is scheduled to be organised (" Venue").
  2. Invitee(s) agree that they are attending the Event upon receiving a legitimate invitation from Zomato at their own discretion and will.
  3. Invitee(s) understands that the invitations issued by Zomato are non transferable in nature. Only the Invitee(s) in whose name the invitation is issued, will be allowed to enter the Venue.
  4. Consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Event is only permitted to Invitee(s) who are of legal drinking age as per the respective State guidelines.
  5. Invitee(s) shall be responsible for their property or belongings. Zomato and/or the Venue does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to any such property or belongings of the Invitee(s).
  6. Zomato shall not be responsible for any injury or damage caused to any Invitee(s) at the Event.
  7. Invitee(s) may be subject to photography and recording during the Event. By attending the Event, Invitee(s) consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional or commercial purposes.
  8. Invitee(s) shall adhere to the respective COVID-19 guidelines issued by the State and Central government.
  9. This is a non-smoking Event. Vape pens, e-cigarettes, any other smoking devices, cigarettes and lighters etc., are prohibited and would not be allowed at the Event.
  10. Outside eatables, beverages, bottles, cans, illegal and banned substances, hazardous substances, or dangerous objects including but not limited to arms and ammunition, lighters, match box, aerosol and other flammable items, are not allowed inside the Venue. Zomato or the Venue reserves the right to confiscate these prohibited items and evict the Invitee(s) from the Venue if the Invitee(s) are found to be in possession of such prohibited items. Consumption and sale of illegal and banned substances by anyone at the Venue is strictly prohibited and if the Invitee(s) found consuming, selling or possessing such illegal substances will be immediately handed over to the appropriate authorities.
  11. Invitee(s) shall be responsible for any physical, reputational and/or any other damages arising due to any actions and/or conduct of the Invitee(s).
  12. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the Terms, the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, under, or in relation, to the provisions of these Terms.
