TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ZOMATO FOR ENTERPRISE

a. Enterprise Balance (as defined below) is an initiative of Zomato for distribution of prepaid payment instruments issued by Pine Labs ("Issuing Partner") to facilitate payments on the Zomato Platform.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "Enterprise Balance" shall mean the prepaid payment instrument activated by the Customer on the Zomato Platform, issued by the Issuing Partner, and maintained and operated by the Customer in accordance with the Issuing Partner Terms and Conditions and as made available by the corporate/ employer of the Customer.
b. Enterprise Balance is available only for Customers in India.
c. The Customer acknowledges that the Customer shall comply with the Issuing Partner’s terms and conditions, available at https://www.pineperks.in/termsConditions#zomato, governing the issue and use of the Enterprise Balance, which may be updated from time to time by the Issuing Partner ("Issuing Partner Terms and Conditions").
d. In order to activate,, use, and close the Enterprise Balance, Zomato may require the Customer to submit valid and accurate personal information and documents including but not limited to Customer’s name, address, mobile phone number, e-mail address, address proof, PAN Card, etc. which will be shared with the Issuing Partner through the Zomato Platform, as may be required in accordance with the Issuing Partner Terms and Conditions. Zomato will deal with these details in accordance with the privacy policy published at www.zomato.com/privacy.
e. The Customer acknowledges that the know-your-customer (“KYC”) details will be verified by the Issuing Partner prior to activation of the prepaid payment instrument and the issuance of such prepaid payment instrument shall be at the sole discretion of the Issuing Partner. The Customer may also be asked to re-do KYC as and when required by the Issuing Partner.
f. The Enterprise Balance can be used by the Customer only on the Zomato or its affiliates’ mobile applications as will be communicated from time to time, to make payments for purchases including but not limited to orders, tipping Delivery Partners, subscription purchase/renewals, dining out payments at Partner Restaurants, subject to eligibility of funds as enabled by their respective corporates and availability of funds in the Enterprise Balance.
g. The Enterprise Balance shall have a limit on loading of the prepaid payment instrument and a balance limit may be imposed as communicated to the Customer from time to time. This limit is governed and managed by the Issuing Partner and by the relevant corporate. Customer may be asked to upgrade to a higher limit by completing the requisite KYC.
h. Zomato reserves the right to offer, alter, extend or withdraw, as the case may be, this Enterprise Balance feature or any offer associated with the prepaid payment instrument facilitated by Zomato at any time with or without giving any prior notice to the Customers. In such cases, such revision will be updated on the Zomato Platform accordingly.
i. The use of the Enterprise Balance will be as per the plan enabled by the corporate, which the corporate may vary from time to time.
j. The loading of funds into the Enterprise Balance will be subject to receipt of the funds from the respective corporate of the Customer. In case of delays by the respective corporate, Zomato will not be responsible for any re-load of the Enterprise Balance.
k. For closure of the Enterprise Balance, whether on account of resignation or otherwise, the Customer may reach out to its corporate. Once the Enterprise Balance is permanently closed, the same cannot be reactivated. Any closure proceeds related to the prepaid payment instrument issued to the Customer may be transferred to the Customer’s bank account pursuant to requisite KYC, as may be required by the Issuing Partner in accordance with applicable laws.
l. Zomato may modify these terms of service from time to time, and any such changes will (i) be reflected on the Zomato Platform, and (ii) be effective immediately upon the changes being reflected on the Zomato Platform. The Customer agrees to be bound to any such changes or modifications and understands and accepts the importance of regularly reviewing these terms of services as updated on the Zomato Platform.
